Submit · Suggestions · Corrections

Submit a tool, model, guide idea, or correction for editorial review.

Standard submissions are free and reviewed as capacity allows. A paid Expedited Editorial Review is coming soon — it will never buy approval, ranking, or placement.

Review options

You can submit tools, models, guide ideas, comparisons, stack or workflow recipes, and corrections. Every submission is held to the same editorial standards — the only difference below is how quickly a human editor reviews it.

Standard Submission

The default lane for every submission.

  • Free to submit
  • Manual review as editorial capacity allows
  • No guaranteed timeline, approval, inclusion, or ranking

Expedited Editorial Review is coming soon as a paid queue-priority service. It will not guarantee approval, ranking, recommendation, positive coverage, or inclusion. Sponsored or affiliate relationships are disclosed where applicable.

How we review

Every submission — free or expedited — is checked against the same fundamentals. Payment changes queue position, never the outcome.

What we check

  • Official source URL
  • Documentation or GitHub link
  • Pricing
  • License
  • Open-source or open-weight status
  • Deployment model
  • Practical usefulness
  • Audience relevance
  • Verifiable claims
  • Fit with existing categories

Our standards

  • Commercial or affiliate relationships do not guarantee inclusion, ranking, or positive coverage.
  • Paid expedited review changes how quickly we look at a submission, never what we decide. OpenSourcesAI retains full editorial control.
  • Open-source, open-weight, commercial, and partner tools are labeled accurately so readers understand tradeoffs.
  • Submissions are judged on editorial fit, source quality, practical usefulness, and audience relevance.
  • Official source links help us verify claims before publication.

What happens after you submit

  1. Submission received

Your submission lands in the editorial queue. Once the expedited lane launches, paid submissions will be matched to their PayPal payment by email or receipt ID.

  2. Editorial fit check

We check whether the tool, model, or idea fits the OpenSourcesAI audience and existing categories.

  3. Source review

We review the official source, documentation, pricing, and license so claims can be verified before publication.

  4. Decision

The submission is approved, rejected, deferred, or marked as needing more information. We may follow up by email.

  5. Scheduling

Approved items are scheduled or added to the editorial queue. Timing depends on category fit and editorial capacity.

Submission form

Short, specific submissions are easier to verify. Include the official URL, category, source status, and why this belongs on OpenSourcesAI.
